There is nothing like a fruit salad... even in the form of a tank! I eyed this top all summer last year and decided to bite the bullet when it went on sale near the end of summer. I love fruit, and any fruit related items always catch my eye so this shirt was right up my ally. I love that it is a bit faded and has a mirrored, makes it perfect to pair with a long pendant necklace! I am so shocked to see an identical one is available at J.Crew Factory! I can not get enough of these skirts (this is in fact the same skirt as the polkadot skirt in this post). As soon as the warm weather comes I am in a dress or a skirt 80% of the time and I would not have it any other way. This ones stripes work so well when playing with patterns and if there were any more colors I would get them all (I already own 4).
Also, meet my new bag... such a beauty (there are other color choices). It is the perfect size for day to day and although the color choice is not as practical as a black or taupe it surprisingly goes well with most of my spring and summer wardrobe (the pop of brown on the sides sealed the deal). A longer strap is included and although I usually use the top handles, a longer strap comes in handy when carrying multiple things. My sandals complement the bag perfectly and I am sad that they updated them because the newer versions are not as comfortable and no longer come in a solid brown- but if you like the style then they are practically identical and will be linked below.
shirt - J.Crew (old, identical factory version) | skirt - Old Navy (last year, similar) | handbag - Tory Burch | sandals - Tory Burch (updated version) | sunglasses - Ray Ban they are the gold blue gradient
hope everyone had a great weekend
xo, Kay
